Extended and FREE Return Policy

We're so sure that you're going to love your bike, we've set a special Extended and FREE Return Policy for select models!  Check out the details below. 

    • Receiving the bike: 
      • Upon receipt, look over the box and make sure there is no damage.  If there is, take pictures and send them to us! 
      • When unpacking the box, keep the cardboard intact and carefully remove the bike.  It's best to have two people for this part so you can lift the bike out of the box without damaging the cardboard. 
      • Take pictures of how the bike was padded and wrapped, for future reference if you need to repack it.  Save the box and packing materials.
      • You'll want to have your bike built by a professional to ensure safety.  Use your Fly Rides Bike Build Rebate to pay for this important service!  
    • Test it out: 
      • Ride your new bike and put it through its paces!  Be sure to test it on some dirt, and make sure you love it.
    • If you want to return:
      • You can either return it within 7 days as per our standard terms and conditions, or
      • Use our Extended Return Policy to keep it for longer and do more rides!  
    • Extended Return Policy Terms and Conditions:
      • Fly Rides must be notified within 30 days of receipt of the bike that you would like to return it.
      • The bike must have no more than 20 miles on the odometer.
      • Fly Rides will send you a return label for free shipping, and schedule a time for the bike to be picked up at your address.
      • Pack up the bike carefully!  Be sure to include the original charger, manual, and any other accessories that came with it. Use the same packing materials that it came in, and be sure to seal the box carefully.  If you are doing it yourself and don't have a strapping machine, use plenty of heavy duty packing tape to ensure the box doesn't open in transit.  Take pictures looking into the box before you seal it, and of the box after you've taped it up.
      • Once our warehouse receives the bike, it will be looked over for damage.
      • You'll get a refund in the form of store credit for the full purchase price of the bike. NO RESTOCKING FEE!!
        • The store credit amount will be reduced for any of the following:
          • Damage to the bike from use
          • Damage from it not being repacked correctly in the box
          • Missing or damaged parts
      • Also note that we only allow for one free return; after that normal terms and conditions apply.
