Part of our curation process is that we only do business with bike manufacturers that offer excellent warranties and stand behind them.  Our excellent relationships with them allow us to service our customers more quickly and with OEM parts.  Unlike many in the business, we answer the phone and give straight answers!

When we look at taking on a brand or stocking a model, we make sure it will be a great value for our customers.  We take into account the geometry, components, the drive system, and how it rides.  If we wouldn’t pay the price for a bike, we wouldn't try to sell you on it!   • For our local customers, we offer free fitting/training appointments and group rides from the shop so you can hang with other eBikers.
  • For our online customers, we open and do an extensive quality assurance check on each bike before shipping it, then repack it with extra packaging materials to ensure safe arrival.  We also extra offer free shipping or white glove delivery and a rebate for you to apply to getting your bike professionally built locally.
