Shipping

Shipping:

Ebikes have to ship by ground transportation, which takes longer than air (it's because of the batteries).  Bikes that we have in stock usually still need to be transported to our service shop and looked over before shipping out to you.  We do this to make sure you get a bike in great condition! 

We will give you our best delivery estimate, assuming everything goes without a hitch. Unfortunately, for bikes coming from the brand's warehouse, we are not the manufacturer, and we cannot control exactly when the bike arrives. Delivery estimates are just that!! We absolutely want you to get your bike as soon as possible, and we'll get it on its way to you as quickly as we are able. You'll get tracking info when your bike is on its way.

Store Pickup:

If you're picking up your bike at either our LA or San Diego location, we will provide you with a delivery estimate. Our mechanics will build the bike and make sure everything is in order before handing it off to you. 

Due to space limitations, we cannot store your bike for extended periods of time. Once a staff member has notified you that your bike is ready for pickup, we allot you 7 days to retrieve the bike. After this 7 days, you will be charged a storage fee of $10 a day (unless otherwise arranged with your sales rep). After 30 days, we will consider your bike abandoned, and it will be placed back on the sales floor.
